History:

When Ed Dittmar became aware of ndecorators' poor ergonomic equipment and working environment he realized that the pastry bag violates OSHA task specific ruling. Unaware that numerous companies and individuals had previously recognized that fact, and spent absorbotent efforts trying to design alternatives to the piping bag, he made it his mission to solve the dilema.
